As January arrives, it's time to enrol pupils for the upcoming academic year.
At our school, we have established specific enrolment procedures to ensure a fair and efficient process:
- Priority Enrolment: We give priority to current students and their siblings, recognizing the importance of family continuity in education. Internal students and their siblings usually enrol by mid-December, so you’ll be able to know definite availability when you apply in January.
- No Fixed Deadline: While the Italian Ministry has set enrolment dates for public schools, our private school accepts applications on a rolling basis until all spots are filled. We do, however, encourage early applications to secure placement.
- School Visits: Prospective families are welcome make an appointment to visit both our Playschool site in viale La Plaia and Primary/Secondary site in via Tempio and meet with the Director. This opportunity allows parents and students to become acquainted with our educational environment and philosophy.
Please remember that we are an International Cambridge School, and the official language of instruction is English. To ensure students can fully participate and benefit from our curriculum, a sufficient level of English proficiency is required for admission. Each enrolment request will be evaluated individually on a case-by-case basis, and a test (written and/or oral) may be necessary to assess the prospective student's language proficiency. Naturally a language test is not required in order to join the Starters class (from 18 months to 2 years old).
